At TBC, we believe that when people serve together, they strengthen the Church, build each other up, and advance God’s mission. We’re committed to helping our disciples discover meaningful opportunities for serving together with our brothers and sisters in Christ.
Our current opportunities to serve:
Children’s Ministries
JAM (Jesus & Music)
Serve as a 2nd adult for our Children’s time during worship service, Sundays from 10:45 - 11:30 am
Tiny Disciples
Serve as a 2nd adult for our Children’s Bible Study alongside the Children’s Ministry leader, Sundays from 9 - 10 am
Youth Ministries
Youth Group
Serve as a leader for our Youth Group alongside a 2nd adult leader, Sundays from 6:30 - 8:00 pm
Youth Readers
Youth (6th - 12th grade) may serve by reading the Call to Worship at Sunday Service, at 10:30 am
Adult Ministries
Sunday Morning Sidewalk Clearing
A service opportunity before Sunday Service that can be done in the great outdoors in less than 20 minutes!
Greater Mount Moriah Feeding Program
Provide bagged lunches in partnership with Richmond Friends of the Homeless
Sunday Park Food Pantry
Pack & distribute food staples to food-insecure families living in 23112 zip code on Friday & Saturday mornings
Sunday Supper
Set-up, Cook, Serve and Help with breakdown of our monthly Sunday Supper
